Lavanderia Carmen's dry cleaners & laundry

Muy profesionales

Mi lavandería de confianza. Super amables y consiguen quitar las manchas más difíciles. Siempre atienden con una sonrisa.

We've been going to Carmen's for years however recently I gave them two very delicate oversized items to dry clean ( with labels) that came back to me shrunk and hardened. I spoke to Carmen and she told me she followed the instructions and there was nothing she could do. Clearly the instructions were not followed and really disappointed to be told "there was nothing she could do" - these were brand NEW, high value items I hadn't washed before, and I would expect any dry cleaner to know how to clean them, with or without label, or take accountability if they made a mistake. Now, I'm just too nervous to go back there again only to have my clothes ruined, without reimbursement. I've attached photos of the first time I wore the sweaters end of November in New York (pictures 1 and 2) and what they look like now since having them cleaned at Carmen's the beginning of December.

Very good service works like clockwork, I have a rental apartment and you pay as you drop off your items and you have a set day for collection. Very happy with the service , excellent to have systems where you can set your clock on the collection.

please do not use , very unprofessional and have shrunk very expensive kaftans after asking them for delicate wash , no insurance or nothing , avoid !!!!

very good service, very fast and effective, I recommend it 100%
