Terrible servicio Como es posible que permitan a personas tomar alcohol dentro del local. Son personas que utilizan el espacio sin ser clientes. A causa de eso existe un olor fatal. Ocupan los asientos de los clientes, ocupan todo el espacio. Día Domingo 19 de Abril 2026 Pésimo servicio. No lo recomiendo

I have used the dryers a few times to make my towels soft because it is very close to my apartment. The machines at this location only give you 5 minutes per euro. 6 euro for 30 minutes. This is a pretty high price. My towels were still damp every dryer I tried on the hottest setting. I even put in 7 euro still damp. I now walk farther up the hill to Lavandería Autoservicio Madese - Lavomatic. Go here instead. It is 4.50 for 30 minutes and my towels are completely dry after 30 minutes.

Lavadoras sin jabón y sin ningún tipo de asistencia telefónica. Mejor busca otra solución si quieres tener tú ropa limpia. Pagas 6 o 8 euros + 3 o 4 euros por secar y luego la ropa queda sucia y con mal olor. No lo recomiendo. Washing machines without detergent and no phone support. Estafa total! Las secadoras no funcionan al 100% metí mi ropa mojada durando 50 minutos aproximadamente, y todavía sigue húmeda, es una injusticia que pagué para que mi ropa siguiera mojada, decidí irme y a la final terminé tendiendo la ropa en casa, las lavadoras todas oxidadas, pésimo servicio, no vayan perderán su dinero

Avoid this laundry shop at all costs. On my first visit, the dryer was not working. I called their posted number, but no one answered. I gave them a second chance, but the same dryer was still broken—it took my money and then stopped. Another machine ran for 30 minutes but still left my clothes wet. This place is a scam. Please beware.
